Who is JenniferWalsh, the Biophilic Lifestylist?

I am on a mission to bring people outdoors into nature and to create more biophilic lifestyles.

I share the power that green spaces and nature has on our overall health, wellbeing and our mental state.

I lead Wellness Walks across the country for individuals, corporations, hotels and brands to get everyone back outside. And I create custom programs, to integrate nature back into our busy tech filled lives.

I host a video series to interview CEOs, founders, innovators, and philanthropists who are integrating nature into their work while also making sure to protect it.  We know that positive leadership with an awareness of the importance of nature not only builds healthy teams, but also a strong bottom line, and a healthy thriving community.

By 2018 our Recharge Rooms were used in wellness activations and have since become widely used in day to day corporate settings, for events, hotels, and more. These fully biophilic rooms are now not just temporary but have become permanent structures for some offices and even apartment amenities.

Back to Nature programming was once considered something extra to add to a wellness activation or corporate program. Since the beginning of the pandemic our B2N programs have exploded. They are now used for individuals, families, corporations, hotel groups, schools, and others.

Nature is 100% Inclusive. We all belong there.

JUST ADD YOU & GET OUTSIDE

Jennifer has been leading Wellness Walks for over 6 years, going from not only coast to coast but also abroad to teach about the healing benefits of nature and the importance of taking time away from tech. We are spending more than 93% of our time indoors and it is having a huge impact on our health. The more we learn about the impact nature has on our daily lives, the more we will want to integrate it not only by taking more time outside but by bringing those natural elements indoors with biophilic design.
